Dev Log: Pattern Load Fix

Fixed an issue where sampler steps and synth keys inside patterns were not loading after reopening a project. Drum patterns were unaffected.

Projects should now correctly restore all pattern data when loaded.

Reminder: if you change patterns or chain arrangements, make sure to hit SAVE in the Chain tab so those changes stick to the project slot.
